I'm busy getting everything together for this year's Puyallup Sportsman's Show. It'll be great fun to visit in person with our current and soon to be new members. Bob Johansen sent me some pictures to update his article on his fishing buddy, Spike. For dog-lovers and anglers alike. Bob also posted some additional pictures for Alder lake in Pierce county and Billy Clapp in Grant (overview updated to include smallmouth bass.

Winter Updates Posted - It's COLD out there!
|
It may not be winter officially yet, but the weather and the chrome bright steelhead readers have been posting reports about say otherwise.
To get things rolling Nate Treat and I posted a new video on Green River Fishing Locations and Tips. I hope it gives you some ideas and places to try! And to add more fuel to the steelheading fire, Bob Johansen submitted an updated article on The Green River Metzler Drift. Check it out!
Dave Graybill gives us our Central Washington Update featuring again - yup - red hot steelheading, this time in the Pateros area.
From big hatchery steelhead to a stone's throw away at Rufus Woods where you'll find BIG Triploids - and Joe Heinlen - gives us some Rufus Woods Triploid Trolling Tips.

Idaho Fishing Reports
Idaho fishing reports now contain HotSpots! HotSpots are GPS waypoints that can lead you directly to where other members have had good
fishing experiences. All you need is a GPS unit (either handheld or boat mounted). HotSpots are available for lakes,
rivers, and saltwater areas, but only for Premium Members.
